New Dinner Invitation Process

Inviting Students to Dinner on Thursday Evening

In order to make the dinner invitation process as fair as possible for both students and companies, we will be following a new process for the 2017 CIC.

Companies will be given “invitation cards” that they will give to students letting them know that they have an official invitation to join that specific company for dinner on Thursday.

The number of “invitation cards” given to each company will match the number of people attending the Career Information Session – with a maximum of 15. If a company registers 2 people to attend the Thursday session, they will be given 2 “invitation cards”; if a company registers 9 people to attend the Thursday session, they will be given 9 “invitation cards”.
