George Isaac, Jr. established this scholarship endowment in 1997. Mr. Isaac is the past president of Isaac Corp., which was a dealer-broker-processor of scrap iron and metals. He served on the FEF Board of Directors from 1966 through 1978 and again from 1983 through 1996.
