Your gift of either an existing life insurance policy or a newly acquired policy is valuable to FEF. If you name the Foundation as owner and irrevocable beneficiary of the policy, your gifts for premium payment are deductible. Also, with a gift of an existing policy, an amount approximately equal to the policy cash value is deductible as a contribution.
You may designate any gift or bequest as a memorial in the name of a loved one or friend.
The Saugus Society allows individuals to leave a legacy for metal casting students and schools long into the future while offering meaningful benefits today. Including FEF in your planned giving allows you to "vote with your dollars" - supporting an organization you feel is important and deserving. Any amount can be left completely tax free. Consider how good it would make you feel to be assured that you are leaving a legacy.
