FEF's screening of award candidates for final selection by the Education Committee of the AFS Twin City Chapter will be based on criteria in three major categories each having equal weight. Within each category, the criteria is listed in descending order.

Residency

1. Resident of Minnesota
2. Resident of Western Wisconsin
3. Resident of Northern Iowa

Education

1. Attending an FEF school
2. Meets FEF Student Guidelines

Preferences

1. Preference will be given to students who are in foundry related courses

Deadline

1. Before October 8, 2010
2. (deadlines are subject to change from year to year)
