This session is for companies to explain what they do and provide information on their activities directly to the student delegates. Rectangular tables (3’ x 6’) will be available for displaying the information brought with the company representatives. If you would prefer, you can set up your floor display unit as long as it fits in the allotted space (you do not have to use the table). Electrical service will be allowed upon request - please fill out the request form (click here) and submit directly to the Westin. Students’ information will be sent prior to the Conference (if you have prepaid by October 27, 2017); otherwise, it will be available to the Key Contact for the company at the Conference registration table. Each representative at your table must be registered for the Conference. Full conference attendance including a table is available for $1000.00 (for current FEF donors, one attendee's registration is also included in the $1000.00 fee); additional company representatives can sign up for the Information Session only for $500.

  NEW INVITATION PROCESS:
In order to make the dinner invitation process as fair as possible for both students and companies, we will be following a new process for the 2017 CIC.

Companies will be given “invitation cards” that they will give to students letting them know that they have an official invitation to join that specific company for dinner on Thursday.

The number of “invitation cards” given to each company will match the number of people attending the Career Information Session – with a maximum of 15. If a company registers 2 people to attend the Thursday session, they will be given 2 “invitation cards”; if a company registers 9 people to attend the Thursday session, they will be given 9 “invitation cards”.

Please feel free to call the FEF office with any questions you may have.
