If you would prefer, you can set up your floor display unit as long as it fits in the allotted space (you do not have to use the table). Electrical service will be allowed upon request - please fill out the request form (COMING SOON) and submit directly to the Westin (this document also includes shipping instructions). Students’ information will be sent prior to the Conference (if you have prepaid by October 27, 2023); otherwise, it will be available to the Key Contact for the company at the Conference registration table. Each representative at your table must be registered for the Conference. Full conference attendance including a table is available for $1400.00 (for current FEF donors, one attendee's registration is also included in the $1400.00 fee); additional company representatives can sign up for the Full Conference for $600 or for Thursday Only (Information Session only) for $500.

INVITATION PROCESS:

In order to make the dinner invitation process as fair as possible for both students and companies, the following process will be used for the 2022 CIC.

Companies will be given “invitation cards” that they will give to students letting them know that they have an official invitation to join that specific company for dinner on Thursday. Students will also have ONE dinner acceptance card.

The number of “invitation cards” given to each company will be based on the number of representatives attending the conference as well as the number of students attending, also taking into consideration jobs available at that company. Only when a company receives the dinner acceptance card from the student, should that company expect the student to join them for dinner. Both students and companies are strongly encouraged to wait at least 30 minutes (allowing for some networking) before accepting/offering an invitation.

Please feel free to call the FEF office with any questions you may have.
