Internship/Co-Op Scholarship
Requirements and Overview:
- Applications will be accepted from August through January 4, 2027.
- Applicants must be current undergraduate students: Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors.
- Applicants must have completed an internship or co-op within the metalcasting industry.
- Scholarship selections will be based on the applicant’s internship experience, project contributions, lessons learned, and professional growth.

The Internship/Co-Op Scholarship recognizes undergraduate students who have taken their education beyond the classroom by completing an internship or co-op within the metalcasting industry.
Through the application, students will have the opportunity to highlight their internship experience, describe projects or responsibilities they contributed to, share what they learned, and explain how the experience influenced their professional and career goals.

Selection Criteria:

- FEF Internship Scholarships are open to any FEF registered student who completes an internship or co-op in the metalcasting industry
- Annual scholarships are up to $2500 each year and are dependent on the quality of the application submitted and the amount of funding available

- Scholarship selection will be work-performance-based
- Students must attend a FEF Certified or Affiliated School
